Grubber’s Game Box

October 16, 2011 · Kevin

Greetings!

When I created this site, I wanted to do something unique and fun. Right now, I think the site leans towards the former and needs a little more of the latter. That is why I have decided to add a video component to this site in the form of “Grubber’s Game Box,” a video segment devoted to some under-played, under-valued, or under-appreciated games in my PC gaming collection.

I have decided to start with a Codemasters title by the name of “FUEL.” A racing game set in the post-apocalyptic United States. I love the apocalypse, but do I love FUEL?

Check out the video to find out!

If you have any comments, I would love to hear them. Post here or on the YouTube video. Suggestions, praise, criticism–it’s all good.

Til next time!

Kevin

  • Welcome to Gaming Culture

This is a site dedicated to asking a simple question, with complex answers: How are video games a reflection of contemporary culture and society?

I believe that games are an emerging art form and that they deserve critical, intelligent analysis.

    Disagree with anything I write?

    Let me know!

    Cheers,
    Kevin
